The Great Expectations Tag

Today I´m doing something different, a tag.

It´s called the Great Expectations Tag and lets just dive into it shall we?

1. Beauty bad habit to get rid of

I don't have a real bad habit I need to get rid of but I would like to stop trying to make blemishes go away faster than they would naturally because usually it makes them even worse.

2. Beauty secret to add this year

I'd love to experiment more with different brands and find out more about bits and bops on the make-up/fashion/photography-front. Not really a beauty secret though one thing I'd like to see myself adding this year is more regulary a mask and just taking better care of my skin although it's pretty good on it's own, oh and drink more water!

3. Last years beauty favourite

My beauty favourite of last year is my Rimmel London 100% Waterproof mascara, which has been the one mascara I've used for about three years.

4. Beauty/body goal for 2013

Keeping up the work outs, horsebackriding, healthy eating and just keeping myself (and my little monsterdog Jessie) healthy.

5. Last years biggest fashion mistake

I never really follow the latest trends but I think my worst fashion mistake was buying shirts and tops too big because I thought my body wasn't shaped correctly to wear it in the right size.

6. This year fashion trend prediction

I think during spring the animalprints will do great, as will flowers and during summer bright colours. Throughout the whole year I think it will just be combinding different styles into one. 

7. This years fashion must have

My Jeffrey Campbell shoes I think haha. I've got no idea, a great jacket, nice shoes, shirt and pants and you're ready to take on the world :)

8. Last years happiest moment/biggest achievement

My biggest achievement/happiest moment last year was deciding to take in Jessie, whom I found in a shelter, and taking care of him. It's a job taking care of a puppy but he just gives me so much joy and happiness although sometimes he can be really naughty.

9. Last years biggest challenge

Last years biggest challenge was actually something very personal which I might share with you guys someday but I came out a better and happier person at the end. Another big challenge was passing my first year of Veterinary science which I sadly didn't pass but I'm again in my first year and just trying to keep up and pass this time.

10. This years key resolution

I don't have a real resolution because usually I don't keep up with them but one thing I do want to do is just keep being me and doing things my way.

11. Any motto/advice for the year

Never let anyone tell you that you're something else than what you want and believe you are or could be!

I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas and NYE! Mine was amazing, I was lucky enough to celebrate both with Luc and my family and friends. There was no better way to start this year.
Now hopefully I'll pass all my upcoming exams, so I'll have to study a little harder because my first is this monday. Fingers crossed guys.

Has been Christmas

Sorry for the delay on putting this blogpost online guys. Hope you'll enjoy my before-NYE post anyway

Noooooo it has been soooooo long.
I´m sorry to say that due to my upcoming exams my weekly updates have to wait untill after the frist 1.5 week of januari. The past few days have been crazy and really hectic. Been jumping up and down during christmas and had a lot of studying to do AND have been taking care of Pilsje since her owner still isn't healthy enough to take care of her every day.
ANYWAY!
Todaaaaay I'll update you on some christmassy things like how christmas here in the Netherlands was, I'm also going to give you a sneak peak of some ideas for my blog for next year since it's almost New Years eve. What are you guys all doing on New Years Eve? I know that I'm not quite sure what to do and where to go so if you have any tips on where to spend NYE let me know!
Furthermore I'll give you a little update on Jessie and my learningproces over the past few weeks and ofcourse I'm going to show you what I wore during Christmas and what's to be expected.

Extreemly rainy christmas it was this year. Although we all hoped for a nice white christmas, ours was really wet instead. On Christmasnight I had a lovely dinner with my boyfriend, we cooked way to much food haha baking 4 quiche's, making Beauty Crush's nice thai curry shrimp only with seafruits in stead of shrimp. We had a lovely night in with a little break where he went to a pub intown and I had a little Jessietime. When he got back we watched All You Need Is Love Christmas Special. Christmas was really nice, we had a lovely familyday and Luc went to his family around 2 so we had a lovely morning together and he got me amazing presents which I'll tell you all about in another blogpost which will be up tonight aswell. We had a lovely dinner with my mothers side of the family which was really lovely. I had a really nice Christmas just hanging out.

Jessie got castrated 1.5 weeks ago. We went for a checkup two days ago and he's doing just fine thankfully. He has been a little slow for the first day or two but now he's just a little less hyperactive and dominate towards other dogs so I'm really happy I made this decision though Jessie has been so much nicer and he really went from an amazing dog to an almost perfect dog.

What I wore during Christmas was a creamy white laced  dress by Forever21 which I bought the first week of december in Antwerp. I changed into red trousers and the shirt Luc gave me for Christmas.

I made a lost of 15 idea's for 2013 for my blog but unfortunately my phone deleted that list so I made a new one and hopefully there will be a lot of idea's to add to this list.

4. Analoge challenge
I worked on Sanne's analoge challenge for last month and it'll be online somewhere this month. I'll do a few more photo challenge's this year and I'm really looking forward to doing that and sharing it with you.
5. Favorites of 2012
I'm really looking forward to sharing all of my favorite products, people, music, movies and moments with you.

2012 was an amazing and hard year and 2013 will have it's ups and downs too but fortunately I've got the most amazing friends and family to share it with. 2013 will be amazing and I'll looking forward to everything this year.
